LED AV Repair Technician

Overview:

• This position performs repairs to LED modules, maintains LED spare parts inventory, tracks and prepares analytical repair data, and assists the warehouse as needed.


• This position will work closely with the Service Coordinator and will collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations.

LED repair responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Soldering diodes to circuit boards, replacing and gluing masks, and waterproofing modules.


• Determine the cause of damage and report client-related damage to the Loss Prevention Coordinator and/or corresponding Customer Service Associate.
• Collect and maintain analytical data for LED module failure mode and prepare reporting.
