At Kingston College, we are seeking a Lecturer to teach across a range of levels from Level 1 through to Degree level, with a focus on the T Level in Early Years and Childcare. You will be responsible for the effective delivery and assessment of learners through practical sessions, online learning and work-based placements, while also supporting the development of their commercial awareness, employability and enterprise skills. You will ensure that all health and safety policies and placement requirements are adhered to at all times.

This role combines teaching with personal tutoring across a range of programmes and will also include assessments in settings. T levels are predominantly exam based and therefore we seek an innovative practitioner to design engaging assignments ...
