As a Lecturer, your contributions go beyond teaching and facilitating learning. You will play a critical role in recognising and nurturing your students’ potential and their lifelong learning needs.

• Teach and facilitate learning in the subject area.
• Carry out industry or consultancy projects to remain relevant and maintain linkages with industry and schools.
• Engage in industry attachments or experience regularly to update skills, knowledge and practices.

• At least 3 years of experience in Asian cuisine, including familiarity with local herbs, spices and culinary methods for Chinese, Malay, Peranakan and Indian recipes.
• Or at least 3 years of experience in Western cuisine, with a sound culinary foundation in French, Italian, Nordic, or Spanish cuisines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and supervisory experience.
