Emeris Newlands, Cape Town Campus is seeking outstanding Independent Contractor Lecturers to strengthen the teaching and learning capacity in the School of Engineering for Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering – BEng Civil in the following discipline for the 2026 academic year:

Semester 1

• Geotechnical Engineering
• Rural and Urban Infrastructure (Transportation/ Road Engineering)
• Structural Engineering
• Water Engineering
• Civil Engineering Design (modules include design in Civil 3D, Prokon (Sumo), Matlab, land surveying)
• Society and Practice
