The Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto and the Division of Palliative Medicine, Department of Family and Community Medicine and Department of Medicine at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is inviting applications for the positions of Academic Palliative Medicine Specialist. There are three Full-Time positions available, one in each of the Community Consult Service, Palliative Care Unit, and Outpatient Clinics.
