• Carry out industry or consultancy projects to stay relevant and address evolving industry changes.
• Maintain strong linkages with industry and schools.
• Engage in industry attachments or experience regularly to update your skills, knowledge, and practices.

• Training in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or related Engineering fields.
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Licence (B1/B2) issued by CAAS, or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as an aircraft maintenance technician in a line maintenance environment.
• Passed at least two (2) relevant CAAS B1/B2 basic examination papers.
