Production Manager

to lead factory operations with strong planning discipline, execution control, and delivery accountability.

Role Overview
You will own end-to-end production execution — from order allocation to dispatch readiness — ensuring:
On-time shipment adherence
Controlled rejection levels
Optimal manpower utilization
Zero production delays due to planning gaps
This is a leadership role requiring daily floor presence and system-driven monitoring.
