Join a well-establishedmercial real estate and property management firm with a strong presence across Western Canada. The portfolio includes two established shopping centres in Edmonton, offering a dynamic retail environment and long-term stability. 
Your new role 
As a Leasing Representative, you will be responsible for the leasing and merchandising strategy across two retail mall assets. You will actively identify and secure new tenants, manage lease negotiations, and build strong relationships within the brokerage and retailmunity to drive occupancy and revenue. 
What you'll need to succeed 
2–5+ years of leasing experience, ideally within retail ormercial real estate
Strong knowledge of the Edmonton market and retailer landscape
Proven ability to source deals and negotiate lease terms
Excellent relationship-building andmunication skills
