Leasing Paralegal

Embark on an exciting new chapter as a Leasing Paralegal within a dynamic Property team of a national law firm. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of legal professionals, supporting the firm's national leasing clients and contributing to the growth of the business.
 
The Role

As a Leasing Paralegal you will work on a mix of retail, commercial and industrial lease files for national clients.  Your duties will include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial, retail, and industrial lease documentation for landlord and tenant clients
• Managing lease renewals, variations and surrenders for landlord and tenant clients
• Preparing disclosure statements and coordinating execution of documents
• Liaising with clients, agents, landlords, tenants, and other external stakeholders
• Attending to pre and post completion tasks, including stamping and registration where required
