Leasing Manager (Office and Retail)

JOB SUMMARY: Savills is looking for a Leasing Manager who has strong knowledge of current market conditions and trends and a professional understanding of commercial leasing in all property types (retails, office, showroom, medical center, etc.) and ability to develop a broad and qualified client database. The Leasing Manager must be a self-motivated team member willing to work in a close-knit environment and exchange information between other members and colleagues. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with Head of Leasing and/or Branch Director and team members to forecast quarterly, semi-annual and annual leasing goals. Involve with meetings and communications with key landlords, with whom, Savills have led or exclusive leasing agency agreements. Target and follow up with top occupiers in terms of relationship building and management.
