Responsibilities
Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income
Identify and target potential tenants through market research and networking.
Conduct lease negotiations including terms and conditions and rent structures.
Maintain relationships with existing tenants and handle renewals, expansions or relocations.
Collaborate with marketing team to attract desirable brands and increase footfalls.
Analyse retail trends and consumer behaviour to align leasing with market demand.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for lease documentation and compliance.
