We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to support leasing activity and resident relations for a short-term contract position based in Metairie, Louisiana. In this role, you will help create a positive experience for prospective and current residents by coordinating tours, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and responding to community-related questions. The position also supports office operations, marketing visibility, and renewal activity to help maintain strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

• Represent the community professionally and help drive occupancy through outreach efforts, creative marketing support, property tours, and resident referral encouragement.
