Job Description
Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for a full-time Leasing Consultant at The Westbury Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Please note that this position works Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Leasing apartments
+ Promote positive image of the apartment community
+ Resident relations and retention
+ Administration and retention
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Two years of leasing experience preferred
+ Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
+ Ability to read, write and speak English
+ Mathematical reasoning skills
