Leasing Associate - The Rosery

Responsibilities:

• Conducts daily leasing activities to achieve occupancy, rent‑growth, and conversion goals, managing all prospect interactions, tours, follow‑ups, and leasing paperwork.
• Utilizes sales techniques (rapport building, qualifying, closing); collects applicant data, enters information, initiates background checks, and coordinates move‑in/move‑out readiness.
• Provides resident and prospect customer service, responding to requests and complaints professionally, resolving issues quickly, maintaining PAA communication standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Performs property presentation and inspection duties, ensuring cleanliness of common areas and vacant units; escorts prospects through units/amenities and operates keys/vehicles as needed.
