Leasing Associate I Bacolod

• Manage Lease Renewals: Coordinate with unit owners and tenants, prepare lease renewal documents, collect rental and commission payments, conduct rental rate reviews for unit owners, and negotiate price increases. Facilitate lease management services availment.
• Manage Move-outs: Conduct move-out inspections, prepare move-out reports, and assist in security deposit settlements.
• Enlist Units for Lease: Orient unit owners with Rockwell's leasing services, guide them through the registration process.
• Client Management: Assist existing tenants with lease concerns, coordinate with relevant teams to address client matters promptly.
• Market Scan: Conduct monthly competitor checks and benchmarking.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of work experience.
