Leasing Associate

Moda, Loudon's Yard, is looking for a Leasing Associate who will be responsible for meeting lease‑up targets and the ongoing re‑let of apartments, ensuring residents receive a positive and memorable leasing experience.

THE ROLE

• First point of contact for leasing administration enquiries
• Follow up leads, register and understand individuals’ rental requirements and match them to available apartments
• Arrange viewings for all enquiries in a timely manner and provide a first‑class experience tour, presenting all aspects of Moda, Embassy Boulevard in line with brand values
• Manage tenancy applications from accept through to move‑in, ensure a follow‑up process and that the vetting process is carried out
• Progress referencing, liaising with the referencing provider and applicants
• Accurately record and process customer information, recording feedback for management reporting and use
