Required Experience and Skills
At least 2 years of experience in the lease abstraction process
→ The candidate should have hands‑on experience reviewing lease documents and extracting key lease data accurately.
At least 2 years of finance experience
→ The candidate should understand basic finance concepts and have practical experience working in a finance role.
At least 2 years of experience using financial KPIs for analysis
→ The candidate should be comfortable using key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze data, track performance, and support decision‑making.
Knowledge of standard finance and data tools
→ The candidate should have working knowledge of:
Excel
Access
Oracle
Essbase
SQL
VBA
These tools are needed to manage data, perform analysis, and improve processes.
