A Housing Association in the Gloucestershire area is seeking an experienced Leasehold Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with a strong background in leasehold management, shared ownership, right to buy and income recovery to make an immediate impact within a customer-focused organisation.
Key Responsibilities of a Leasehold Officer:Manage a portfolio of leasehold, shared ownership, right to buy and commercial premises cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Process Right to Buy and Shared Ownership transactions from application through to completion, ensuring statutory timescales are met. Administer service charges, income collection and arrears management processes to maximise revenue and minimise debt.
