Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Surface Analyst (Lease & Contracts Land Analyst with Surface Experience) in Houston, Texas. They will assist with the effective administration and control of all lease records processes in connection with producing and non-producing properties and interests acquired, owned, operated or purchased. This role analyses and inputs lease data to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency. Prepares full releases and Exhibit A's for assignments and contracts. Assists with working monthly calendars for leases. Assists Land Operations as requested. Conducts lease/unit reviews for shut-in wells and processes payments, subject to review and approval. Responsible for working monthly calendars for managing payment obligations. Determines rental payments, obligations and expirations to maintain leases.
