We are seeking a skilled Lease Administration Analyst to join our Property & Facilities Management team in San Jose, CA. This role involves conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses align with lease terms, and upholding the integrity of a real estate portfolio data for a large, complex global portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct reconciliations to ensure operating expenses comply with lease terms.

+ Uphold the integrity of real estate portfolio data for a global portfolio of clients.

+ Assist asset managers in reviewing invoices and contractual terms.

+ Manage the Purchase Order lifecycle for leased asset portfolios, including requesting, tracking, and monitoring POs.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Accounts Payable inquiries and validate invoices meet contractual terms.
