6+ years of LMS Administration experience (preferably Workday Learning) Solid experience with:

Learning reporting & analytics Advanced Excel Power BI (dashboard refresh, publishing, access management, troubleshooting) LMS security roles, governance, and user support Experience with compliance/audit reporting and data quality analysis Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Experience creating process documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles Strong communication and stakeholder support skills
