The Learning Strategies Teacher will assist the department in leading and managing the provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring every child is supported to reach their full potential. They will report to the Head of Learning Strategies, assisting in the development, implementation, and review of the School’s SEND policy and provision, and will be responsible for providing one-to-one support for individual pupils and small groups, liaising with subject teachers to share information about strategies to support our pupils.
