The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can provide consistency, encouragement and support to pupils who may find aspects of school life challenging, helping them feel safe, engaged and ready to learn.

You'll be working closely with class teachers and the wider support team, providing one-to-one and small group support throughout the school day. Some pupils may have additional needs relating to communication, social and emotional development, or behaviour, so a calm approach, patience and the ability to build trust are key.
