Learning Support Assistant – SEMH Provision (New Milton)

Prospero Teaching is seeking calm, patient and resilient Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist educational provision in New Milton, supporting young people in Years 7-11 who find mainstream education difficult.

This nurturing school provides a safe and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to understand themselves, develop emotional regulation skills and re‑engage with learning. The team recognises that every young person develops at their own pace, shaped by their experiences and the environment around them.

Through detailed assessments, targeted interventions, coaching and structured self‑reflection, the school helps pupils identify and overcome the barriers that prevent them from thriving.
