Job Title: Learning Support Assistant- Social and Emotional Mental Health / Behavioural needs

Location: Staffordshire - Tamworth (B77)

Salary Scale: £89 - 95 a day

Contract type: Day to Day Cover, Short and Long Term - starting ASAP

We are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, to join our specialist SEMH school in Tamworth. You will have the opportunity to use restorative practices to support our students in their social and emotional development.

We believe that empathy is of the utmost importance in working with young people, and we encourage our staff to build strong relationships with our students from the very beginning. In your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will focus on building these relationships in the first weeks, while also displaying your academic potential and social maturity.
