TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, which is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. The setting encourages learning through parent/guardian engagement and involvement in extracurricular time of pupils. The Learning Support Assistant will aid children in developing personal growth and skills. In the classroom, values include the ability to use the Welsh language in everyday settings and digital ability.

The school seeks a well‑rounded and flexible Learning Support Assistant who can work within a 1:2:1 capacity and help children develop their reading and language skills. The Senior Leadership Team will provide support and development from day one.
