Smart Education is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a well‑resourced Primary SEN school in Oldbury , supporting pupils aged 2 11 with a range of needs including Complex Needs, PMLD, Physical and Medical Needs, and ASC .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support
• Assist with learning activities, sensory work, and communication programmes
• Support pupils with physical care, mobility, and medical routines (training provided)
• Promote engagement, positive behaviour, and independence
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
