Learning Support Assistant – 28.75 hours x 39 weeks a year – Grade 5, Points 7 to 8. Salary: £16,752 – £17,018 (FTE £25,191 – £25,590). Start date: 20th August 2026.

Lutterworth High School is a thriving, high‑attaining and oversubscribed 11‑16 Academy. We’re looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Curriculum Support team and help our students reach their full potential. In this rewarding role you’ll support students with diverse learning needs, helping them overcome barriers and achieve success. You’ll work within the classroom and deliver interventions, building confidence, independence and resilience, while collaborating with passionate teachers and support staff as part of a friendly, experienced team.
