Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Salary: HCC - H3 Scale 5-6* actual salary £18,167 - £18,447 including outer fringe allowance, based on 30 hours per week, term time only plus 3 days

Hours: Monday to Friday, term time only plus 3 days, full or part time (minimum 3 days per week) considered

Start date: September 2026

*Full-time equivalent salary = H3 Scale 5-6 £26,312 - £26,718 (including outer fringe allowance of £729 pa)

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to start in September 2026. The successful job holder will assist and support students with special educational and general learning needs in lessons in order to develop their independence.
