Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Level 2

Salary: £10,930 – £11,916 pro rata per annum (FTE £27,926 – £29,080)

Hours: Term-time only (38 weeks), 18 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:45–12:36 (includes a 15-minute unpaid break). Start and finish times can be flexible if required.

Contract: Permanent

Overview

We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work mainly in Early Years and Key Stage 1.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support children’s learning and development, including those with special educational needs (SEN), within a classroom setting. You will help to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
