Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

This school is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join the team. In this role you will support children on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis and contribute to the whole child approach.

This role is full‑time permanent and term‑time only. Applicants will be expected to work Monday‑Friday 8:30–4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and learning activities
• Communicating with teachers about pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events

Qualifications

• Relevant SEN experience (desirable)
• Previous experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable)
• English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK
