We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist SEMH/SEN provision supporting pupils aged 11–16.

This is a long term temp to perm position.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support pupils both academically and emotionally. You will play a vital role in helping young people develop confidence, resilience, self-regulation, and the skills they need to succeed.

You will:

* Support pupils within lessons and throughout the school day.

* Build strong, positive relationships that promote trust and engagement.

* Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their individual goals.
