Learning Support Assistant - Early Years

Fixed term to August 2027. Term-Time + Training Days. Part Time 32.5 hours per week.

Monday - Friday. 8.30am-3.30pm

We are looking for a calm, consistent and compassionate Learning Support Assistant - Early Years to join our friendly team!

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the warm, vibrant and forward‑facing community at Western Primary School. As an inclusive and nurturing setting, we are committed to giving every child the best possible start. The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 Qualification.

In this role, you will support pupils within Early Years, working flexibly to meet their individual needs and helping to create a positive, engaging environment where all children can thrive.
