Milk Education is currently recruiting caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support a range of SEN schools and specialist provisions across Derby City.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs, including autism, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties. You will play a key role in helping pupils thrive in supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environments.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Support communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation throughout the school day
