Job - Learning Support Assistant - Construction - Permanent 36 hours per week

Salary: £20,068.20 - £21,211.71 per annum

Holiday: Term Time Only - 36 weeks (Holiday included in Salary)

Location: Broxbourne Campus - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to Post-16 learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within specified area
• Enable learners to access the curriculum, develop essential numeracy and literacy skills, and receive appropriate support during assessments and examinations
• Deliver 1:1 and group support to HNF and EHCP learners
• Adapt learning tasks and materials to meet individual learner needs and support diverse learning styles
