Learning Support Assistant - Part Time - Broxbourne - £16.00 per hour

We are recruiting for Learning Support Assistants to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at HRC's state‑of‑art facilities in Broxbourne.

About The Role

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about enabling learners with identified learning differences to access the college environment, to include academic support, pastoral support and communication for learners to realise their potential.

They will work as a temporary agency worker via HRG, supporting learners across campus in various departments. The role is based on a working day of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm with a one‑hour lunch break, term‑time only, three days per week. Starting September 2026, term‑time only on an ongoing temporary contract basis. The rate of pay is £16.00 per hour, including holiday pay.
