We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Academy to support the achievement of our students. You will be working across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with specific students or classes, identified by the SEND team an/or external agencies. You will have an integral role in supporting students to make progress from their starting points.

Core Purpose of Role

• Assist in the educational, personal and social development of designated students under the direction and guidance of relevant colleagues (eg the Headteacher, SENCO, phase leaders and class teachers)
