• Location: Fieldstone School, Devon, TQ13 7EP
• Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
• Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
• Start: June 2026

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping teachers and pupils create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff and the wider school team to support pupils in accessing the curriculum, building confidence, and achieving their individual learning and personal goals.
