  Summary of Job Function 
 The Learning Specialist of Talent Management is a specialized position to build organizational capability at all levels through implementing Best in Class programs and interventions. This includes creating learning strategies, designing and delivering training programs, assessing learning effectiveness and managing internal and external relationships.
