Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address learning needs aligned with business objectives.
- Design and deliver impactful learning programs, including program framework with blended learning approach, content development, and facilitation.
- Collaborate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop effective learning solutions.
- Manage training administration, including training records, calendars, and reports.
- Foster a continuous learning culture and support organizational transformation.
- Drive innovative learning approaches, including digital and online learning solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in FMCG or fast-paced environment.
