Long Term Futures are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in North Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a strong pastoral team, supporting pupils who require additional emotional, behavioural and social support throughout the school day.

The successful candidate will work across the school, providing both 1:1 and small group mentoring interventions for pupils who may be experiencing challenges with behaviour, attendance, emotional regulation or engagement with learning.
