Job Title: Learning Mentor – Behaviour Support
Area: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Start Date: Monday 18th May 2026
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £600 – £750 per week (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Term time

As a Learning Mentor with a focus on behaviour, you’ll work closely with some of the school’s most vulnerable students – building the kind of trusted, one-to-one relationships that create real and lasting change. Whether you’re delivering a behaviour support session, conducting a home visit, or sitting alongside a student in class, your presence will make a tangible difference every single day....
