Learning Facilitator

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Learning Facilitator is responsible for facilitating learning solutions that promote engagement and skill development for a diverse population of employees. Using in person and virtual modalities, you will engage learners in both knowledge transfer and application while maintaining a supportive learning environment.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Work with business and HR stakeholders and Learning & Development Instructional Designers to ensure program content is relevant, complete and supports learning objectives.
+ Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops.
+ Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback, and adjust instructional methods as necessary.
+ Provide guidance and support to participants, helping them achieve their learning goals.
+ Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
