Learning Facilitator

As the Learning Facilitator, you'll deliver learning experiences that help team members apply knowledge and improve on-the-job performance. This role emphasizes facilitation for learning transfer—using discussions, scenarios, peer learning, and hands-on practice to connect e-learning (web-based training) to real work.

+ Facilitate interactive learning experiences using discussion, simulation, role-play, and peer learning
+ Reinforce e-learning with practice activities that drive application and retention
+ Use structured checks for understanding, debrief techniques, and engagement accountability
+ Maintain deep, current expertise in a Home Base Specialty (workflows, tools, edge cases, pain points) and baseline knowledge across the full homeownership lifecycle and how functions connect
