What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support adults with learning disabilities to live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives while ensuring their rights, choices, and wellbeing remain at the centre of everything you do. Working in a strengths-based and person‑centred way, you’ll build meaningful relationships, complete assessments and support plans, safeguard adults at risk, and work closely with families, health professionals, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

DBS requirement: Enhanced.

All applicants must have a valid right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Job Details

• Pay Level: 7 (£41,873 to £47,238, fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance)
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working Hours: 37 hours per week
• Location: Observatory House / Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
