Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis with business leaders and managers to identify capability gaps and priority learning needs.
• Conduct on-floor observations and translate performance insights into targeted development interventions.
• Partner with business leaders to co-create learning journeys that are practical, relevant, and hand-in-glove with business expectations.
• Customize and contextualize content for behavioural and professional skills to suit business, function, and audience needs.
• Facilitate learning interventions including workshops, micro-learning sessions, and small-group coaching conversations.
