As a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience contributing to the design, coordination, and evaluation of learning programs that support employee development and organizational success.

Working closely with the Global L&D team, you will be exposed to the full spectrum of learning initiatives—from training operations and content development to program execution, data analysis, and continuous improvement. You will also have opportunities to contribute ideas, test creative approaches, and participate in pilot initiatives, while developing insights into how learning and capability development support business performance.
