As a Learning & Development Executive, you’ll implement training and training systems framework as directed by your superior whilst maintaining good employee relations. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

• Develop a complement of qualified departmental trainers
• Establish a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results (eg tracking and producing reports)
