Learning & Development Coordinator

The Role  

NextSense has an exciting opportunity for new role, a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in Macquarie Park. This is a Permanent – Part time arrangement working 3 days per week, reporting directly to the Head of Organisational Development. 

You’ll make a difference in this role by: 

• Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of our onboarding program, Welcome to NextSense Facilitating learning programs as part of our Incredible Colleagues framework, both online and in person 
• Assisting in the roll out and analysis of our annual engagement survey, PeoplePulse 
• Grow our learning catalogue through partnerships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Administering the learning management system as part of our HRIS
