We’re looking for a capable and hands-on Learning & Development Business Partner – Systems to join our team on a 10 month fixed term contract, supporting the next phase of our learning systems and capability rollout across the business. This role is ideal for an L&D professional who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, capability, and operational delivery, and who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to make learning practical, embedded, and effective. About the role You’ll play a key role in refining and embedding our Pegasus competency management system following a recent rollout, supporting the deployment of operator competency assessments through Chekrite, and continuing the automation and coordination of our capability framework.
